through the excerpts i have concluded that the book excellent. the papacy nrrd to be exposed pf what it is to save people from hell fire. the unfornate part is that most of protestantism is not protesting but has curved in. There is a complete misunderstanding of love. Speaking the truth is now labelled "hate speech". The truth hurts, for it is the sword, the word of God, that cuts. |

I think it is extremely important to begin at the beginning and the Garden/Genesis is a great beginning. This explains man's opposition/sin nature and rebellion against God, which is a wise opening to a difficult subject.
When I speak to Catholic apologists, they immediately accuse me of "Catholic bashing" and "ignorant" to their teachings, no matter how many of their own doctrines, taken from their own websites, I present to them. Their attempt at making any and all "Protestants" appear foolish is a full time job for them; therefore, by opening up your book to "all" men and not just Catholics is a good way not to hit Rome with a hammer without first explaining the Scriptural basis of man's condition - all men.

I read your book, “ESCAPE from PAGANISM”, I appreciate the time and research it took to write and expose the catholic church. It is books such as yours that are needed for people to look at the places of worship that they attend. There are so many that have there eyes closed and attend church’s around the world for the wrong reasons. Reading about the history and traditions of the catholic church and all the people around the world that are being duped, cause’s me to get on my knee’s and pray to Our Savior Jesus Christ, that such a book as this can lead people to question Catholicism and seek the Bible for the truth. Mankind needs Jesus Christ as their Savior and they are not going to find Him in the catholic church. Thank you for this book!

ESCAPE FROM PAGANISM is a complete, fact-filled comparison of Roman Catholic dogma with the Bible and yet it is interesting and enlightening. The format of short chapters makes it easy to read and easier to digest the vast information. What a wonderful source to use in witnessing to Roman Catholic family and friends. Every library should have a copy!!

The book is also suitable for home and neighborhood bible studies (no study guide yet). Larry has written the book in such a way to try and keep the reader from bogging down in the details as in other textbooks. As you read this book, you will discover many interesting and yet disturbing facts concerning the Roman Catholic Church. The details of many Roman Catholic rituals and sacraments will be discussed with no sugar coating, which will leave you pondering as to “why do they still do these things”.
